There are two ways to become happy: improve your reality or lower your expectations.

Happiness is a state that each of us strives for, and there are two main ways to achieve it: improving our reality and lowering expectations.
Improving reality implies active action. This can be a lifestyle change, the development of new skills, or the search for new opportunities. When we work on ourselves, set goals for ourselves, and strive to achieve them, we not only increase our confidence, but also create a more satisfying life. Every small step towards improvement adds joy and meaning to everyday life.

On the other hand, lowering expectations can be an equally effective way. We often create stress for ourselves by expecting too much from life and others. When we learn to accept things as they are and stop striving for the ideal, we discover simple joys. This allows us to enjoy moments that previously might have seemed insufficient.

Both approaches have a right to exist. By improving our reality and lowering expectations at the same time, we can find a balance that leads to true happiness. It is important to remember that happiness is not an end goal, but a path that we walk every day. 😊

I want to feel that I am understood, accepted and supported, that I am not alone in this vast world. Equally important is the pursuit of self-realization.
